Section 01

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and BBClub ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino, sports betting, and related entertainment services accessible atbbclub.cam (the "Site").

BBClub provides its services to adults who meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 3 of this Agreement. Our platform is designed with Malaysian players in mind and supports transactions denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), as well as popular local payment channels including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

Access to, registration with, deposit into, or continued use of any part of the BBClub platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept any clause, you must not use or continue using the platform. BBClub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; updated versions take effect immediately upon publication on the Site.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with BBClub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions on a continuous basis. BBClub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including after account creation.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during account use. BBClub will request government-issued identity documents to verify age during the KYC process.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be under guardianship or any form of legal restriction that limits your contractual rights.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing BBClub is lawful in your jurisdiction. Residents of Prohibited Territories are not permitted to register or use the platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active BBClub account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain multiple promotional awards is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be used solely by the registered holder for personal entertainment purposes. Using another person's account, acting as an agent, or operating on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from BBClub or from any other gambling operator via a formal programme are not eligible to register a new account during the exclusion period.

4. Account Management

Upon completing registration, each member is assigned a unique account. The member is solely responsible for all activity conducted through that account, whether or not they personally authorised the specific action.

• Security Credentials: You must maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Sharing credentials with a third party constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify BBClub support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. BBClub is not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect account credentials.
• Accurate Information: All registration details, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information, must be accurate and kept current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• KYC Documents: BBClub reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), passport, or other government-issued identification. Withdrawal requests may be withheld until KYC is fully completed.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting BBClub customer support. Pending withdrawal requests, active wagers, and applicable bonus terms will be resolved before the account is closed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

BBClub supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through a range of locally recognised payment channels. Processing times and applicable minimum or maximum amounts may vary by channel and are displayed within the Member Wallet section.

• Accepted Deposit Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT where available.
• Deposit Responsibility: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in reversal and account suspension.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to full KYC completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that no security review is pending on the account.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5to 30 minutes. FPX bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. BBClub does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Currency: All account balances,ets, and payouts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated in the relevant game or promotion description. Cryptocurrency amounts are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. BBClub reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in the relevant fee schedule, which will not reduce the balance below zero.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BBClub may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, refer-a-friend rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonus activity.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, qualifying games, time limits, and maximum stake per round are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Single Use: Welcome bonuses are available once per eligible member, per household address, per IP address, and per shared payment method. Circumventing these restrictions using multiple accounts or payment channels constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: BBClub reserves the right to void bonus awards, cancel related winings, and suspend accounts where there is evidence of abuse, including artificial betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used before the stated expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• Promotion Modification: BBClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to do so, including technical errors or misuse.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live betting, casino games, and instant games offered on BBClub are governed by specific product rules displayed within each game or market. The following provisions apply across all gaming products.

• Final Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or, in the case of casino games, by the certified Random Number Generator (RNG). BBClub's settlement decision is final.
• Cancelled Events: In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or void declaration, affected bets will be settled according to the applicable sports betting or game rules, which may result in a return of stake.
• Technical Errors: If a game, market, or wager is affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or eroneous odds publication, BBClub reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake. Payouts resulting from obvious errors are not binding.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market may carry its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of wagering. Bets placed in excess of stated limits may be restricted or voided.
• Responsible Play: BBClub encourages members to set personal betting limits, take breaks, and review their account history regularly. All gambling activity on BBClub carries inherent financial risk.

8. Responsible Gambling

BBClub is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and the well-being of its members. Gambling should always be approached as a form of entertainment, not as a means to generate income or to resolve financial difficulties.

• Age Restriction: BBClub is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Any account found to be registered by or used by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned to their source where possible.
• Deposit Limits: Members may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through customer support. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and any request to increase a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via live chat support. During the exclusion period, access to the account and all promotional communications will be suspended.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction may be requested if a member wishes to pause activity without committing to full self-exclusion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute serious breaches of these Terms and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using the BBClub platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, to launder money, or to structure transactions for the purpose of evading reporting obligations is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account, or creating new accounts following ban or self-exclusion, to gain promotional advantages or circumvent platform restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to exploit casino games, manipulate sports betting markets, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way that circumvents normal human gameplay.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through payment processors in relation to funds legitimately deposited and used on the platform.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, connectivity issues, or misconfigured game settings to gain an advantage. Any winings arising from confirmed exploitation will be voided.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the BBClub platform, including but not limited to the BBClub name and logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, and marketing materials, is the exclusive property of BBClub or is used under a valid licence from the relevant rights holder.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any BBClub intellectual property. Any unauthorised use may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBClub excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform, its services, and its content. In particular:

• Service Availability: BBClub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability without creating liability on the part of the Operator.
• Loss of Winings: BBClub is not liable for any loss of winnings or other financial loss arising from technical faults, game errors, or telecommunications disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
• Consequential Loss: In no event shall BBClub be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded at law, BBClub's aggregate liability for any single claim is limited to the net deposit value of the account balance at the time the claim arose.

12. Amendments

BBClub reserves the right to amend, update, replace, or supplement these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Site. Where an amendment materially affects member rights or obligations, BBClub will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through an in-platform notification, email, or announcement.

Continued use of the BBClub platform after an amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BBClub holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, or to the use of the BBClub platform, that cannot be resolved amicably through customer support shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Members access the BBClub platform voluntarily and at their own risk. They remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to their own place of residence or location at the time of access.
